Descriptions of Massages:

Cranial Sacral Massage Therapy

Cranial sacral therapy (also known as craniosacral therapy) is a gentle, non-invasive form of bodywork that addresses the head bones, spinal column, and sacrum. The goal is to release compression in those areas thereby alleviating stress and pain. It allows for the deepest relaxation of any bodywork. You will drift off to a deep meditative rejuvenating state (floating between awake and asleep) that allows for deep relaxation.

Massages with Microcurrent Wand

Gentle sub-sensory current activates the body’s naturally occurring electrical impulses to reverse the signs of aging at our cellular level.

For complexion: Increases skin youthfulness & glow by lifting, firming, toning & repairing wrinkles, lines, and sagging.

For eyes: lifts droopy upper eyelids, lifts eyebrows, smoothes under eye creases, eliminates dark circles, and puffiness, softens and erases crow’s feet.

For jaw and neck: tightens ‘turkey neck’, lifts and tones jowls, smoothes jaw line, removes droopy fat/fluid under chin, and drains lymph.

For mouth: plumps upper and lower lip, plumps and erases lip lines to stop bleeding and feathering of lipstick into lip lines, and lifts up droopy mouth corners.

For muscles: lifts and re-educates muscles so they become convex again, (rather than concave or sunken), reduces muscle tension, and relaxes TMJ.

For facial features: sculpts, lifts, and accentuates cheek bones, lifts droopy nose.

Reduces: wrinkles, crows-feet, acne, pore size, pigmentation, sun damage, brown spots, and scars.

Acupressure Massage for Body

The body has a natural balance and when balance gets disturbed, it results in pain and other medical conditions. To relieve the body’s pain and medical conditions, specific pressure is applied to the key energy points of the body (acupressure points or trigger points) to bring the body back to its natural balance. The most potent points are located on the back, alongside the spine. Feet, hands and face have potent acupressure points as well. Key energy points alleviate muscle pain anywhere in the body; one part of the body has a point that stops pain in another part. Specific Acupressure points therapy can be used to improve any pain, and almost all issues.

-Pain (Back, Neck, Headache, Arthritis, Muscles, Menstrual, Ulcers)

-Stress, Anxiety, Insomnia, Emotions, Hormones

-Digestion, Constipation, Weight gain

-Sinus Issues, Immune Issues, Colds & Flu

Facial Acupressure Massage

Facial acupressure tones muscles and skin, tightens sagging, and smoothes and softens wrinkles, furrows, and creases. Acupressure facial massage aims to influence key potent acupressure points and facial meridians to create symmetry in the entire facial area, enabling you to glow with youthfulness.

There are more than 50 potent energy pressure points on the face; when pressed, blood and oxygen are increased, and stress is alleviated. When you activate points on the face, you affect deeper healing and reduce pain in the entire body.

Eye Lift Acupressure

Believe it or not, upper eye lids are one of the quickest areas of the face to lift. Your eyes become wider and brighter, and you will appear to have had an eye lift. No one will believe you didn’t! Eye brow muscles and puffy under eye area can be stimulated for a quick shot of youthfulness. This short massage pays off in spades. Also relieves stress, eyestrain, and headaches! And you’ll look less angry!

Cellulite Massage

Cellulite suction massage breaks up cellulite using suction and lymphatic drainage. The cellulite is physically broken up, circulation is greatly increased, and the fat and toxins are delivered to lymph drainage areas to be escorted out of the body. The most important aspect of the cellulite treatment is that it relaxes the fibrous connective cords that actually are THE CAUSE of cellulite! Cellulite suction massage is a very effective deep-tissue therapy. The suction and negative pressure can loosen dimpled tissue and fibrous connective cords, encourage blood flow and lymph drainage.

Scalp Massage

Another way to address stress, body pain, and headaches, is through scalp massage, which can be extremely relaxing. Many people don’t realize they have muscles on their scalp. Scalp muscles are responsible for making our facial expressions, and tension can reside there, especially when staring at a computer all day, or when we are under a lot of stress. Our scalp tends to get ignored on a daily basis as we aren’t usually aware of scalp muscle tension. My clients feel tension melt away when their head is massaged. It truly makes you feel like royalty. Indulge!

Ear Massage

Ear massage triggers the release of our body’s natural painkillers; endorphins. Studies have demonstrated that ear stimulation increases levels of endorphins in both the blood and cerebrospinal fluid. Applying pressure to the ear in specific locations has been found to relieve distal body pain. The ears provide direct access to the central and peripheral nervous system. There are hundreds of acupressure and reflexology points on the ear, and the ear lobe. While ear massage can be used to address almost all health issues, the science shows that musculo-skeletal pain, stress, and addictions, have demonstrated some of the most dramatic positive responses to auriculo-therapy (ear massage). Try it!

Face Lift Massage

Facial massage increases circulation in the face and neck, tones and improves the complexion, lessens wrinkles and expression lines, and plumps the muscles and skin for a youthful glow. Face lift massage focuses on facial muscles. It tones weak muscles to provide tighter facial contours, it re-educates muscles for proper positioning, and releases muscular adhesions that form as we age. The icing on the cake is the whole body, mind, and spirit, benefit. Facial massage relieves headaches, eyestrain and stress-related symptoms, aids in stress reduction and relaxation, and promotes vitality.

Foot Reflexology / Foot Acupressure

The technique consists of firmly pressing on various points or areas on the top, bottom, sides and toes of the feet. The points pressed all correspond to a part of your body, or imbalance in your body. Pressing points on foot has been known for centuries to cause health in the entire body.

Foot Massage

Foot Massage is massaging specific areas of the feet with cream or oil rather than pressing on them statically (which is called reflexology). For instance concussion points in toes, Neck/back/hip pain in arch of foot, sinus on toes, relaxation below ball of foot etc.

Lymphatic Facial Massage

Lymphatic Facial Massage helps flush toxins from the body. It reduces fluid retention in the face, which can define the jawline, and slim the entire face. It effectively drains the sinuses, relieving sinus pressure from allergies and colds. There are many lymph nodes in your face, jawline, neck, ears and scalp. This massage consists of very light circular strokes with no oil.

Cupping Massage with oil

Cupping is one of the best deep-tissue therapies available; glass or silicone cups are moved along the skin in a gliding motion with oil, creating a light suction on the surface of the skin. This massage can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, lower blood pressure, and sedate the nervous system. Cupping is used to relieve back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism, and even cellulite. Toxins are released, blockages are cleared, and blood is circulated.

Cellulite – Cupping Massage with oil

Oil is applied to the skin, and then the cups are moved up and down the surrounding area. it The stubborn cellulite breaks down, giving an overall smooth and less rippling and dimpled appearance. It also loosens the fibers that hold the skin to the muscle, which often get tight and force fat through them, making a dimpling look on the surface. Of ALL the treatments I have ever done, cupping yields the absolute best results for cellulite. Cupping aids weight loss by moving fluids and fat to lymphatic drainage areas. It breaks up stubborn fat so it can be broken down and escorted out of your body.

Facial Lift Massage with Oil and Suction

Suction tubes designed for the face are used to rhythmically and gently vacuum tissues of the face, neck and upper chest. This gentle suction lifts, tones, and plumps muscles. It relaxes facial muscles and plumps the lines etched on your face. It moves toxins and stagnant blood out, and ushers new nutrient-enriched blood and fluids in, to detoxify your face; thereby repairing and nourishing your face. Its deep invigorating action increases elastin and collagen; preserving our youthfulness. It reverses gravity’s effects on your face, like hanging upside would; giving a youthful glow. It gives your face a lymphatic drainage and increases circulation, resulting in a clearer, cleaner, more even complexion with such beautiful color you will forget to wear makeup! Reduce Puffiness, Lift Muscles, Reduce Dark Circles, Minimize Under-Eye Bags, Firm Jowls, Minimize Wrinkles, Plump Lips, Diminish Facial Scars, Reduce Sinus & Allergies, Relieve Headaches, and Decrease TMJ Pain.

Lymphatic Drainage Cupping Massage

Light gentle oil cupping opens the lymphatic vessels (creating negative pressure, the opposite of pressure), rather than closing them through massage (actual pressure). This light suction increases the movement of lymph locally and systemically with cumulative treatments. Increasing Lymphatic output increases the immune system’s ability to detoxify the body and respond to stressors put onto it from metabolic toxins, disease, chemicals, stress, and environmental toxins.
